School Year Lesson Schedule

The school year consists of a total of 32 private lessons, with 15 lessons in the fall and 17 lessons in the spring. Lessons begin Tuesday, August 27*! Lessons will be held weekly, and each student is allowed 1 reschedule per semester.

Once you submit your registration form, we’ll work our magic on the backend to put together a schedule that takes your availability and location into account. A final schedule will be sent prior to the start of the school year. If an ongoing conflict arises, please contact Calla to discuss a solution.

*Students with lessons on Sunday/Monday will begin on September 8/9 and WILL have a lesson on November 24/25. No other lessons will be held the week of Thanksgiving. During the year, each student will receive 32 private lessons.

Tuition & Billing

We offer three payment options, which are outlined below. Lessons will be prorated based on your start date. Lessons will be held weekly, and each student is allowed 1 reschedule per semester.

Payments may be made via check, bank transfer or Venmo. Late payments may be assessed a late fee of $20.

No Private Lessons: September 1 & 2, November 26-30
Recitals: December 13, 14 & 15 (times & locations TBD)

SPRING SEMESTER 2025: JANUARY 4-May 10

No Private Lessons: March 15-22
Recitals: May 2, 3 & 4 (times & locations TBD)

Scheduling & Cancelations

We come to you! Please be home and ready for lessons upon teacher arrival. Each lesson will last approximately 30 minutes.

Each student is allowed one reschedule per semester, pending availability. Teachers are also allowed one reschedule per semester. In the event that multiple reschedules are requested by the teacher, students will be given the option for a refund or a reschedule.

If any member of your household has been sick within 24 hours, we ask that you contact your teacher and request a digital lesson.
