Camp Policy *

STUDENTS & PARENTS: RESPONSIBILITIES & EXPECTATIONS Students should arrive each morning between 8:30-9 AM. Location will be in Des Moines proper and will be determined by attendance numbers. CANCELATIONS When you enroll your child in our program, you are reserving space, time, supplies, and staffing whether or not your camper attends the program. In order to cancel, we will use the following deadlines for cancellations. Written Notice Before April 15: If received before April 15, 50% of your tuition fee will be refunded. TUITION & BILLING Registrants will be invoiced by April 15, 2023. Payments may be made via check, bank transfer or Venmo. Late payments may be assessed a late fee of $20.
